Our personal trainer Ricky talks about using the force velocity curve in your training like the pro athletes. Ricky also hypothesises that there is similar curve that can be related to mobility & flexibility. at one end of the curve you have a dynamic athletic movement like a kick & at the other end you have a strong isometric hold at end range of both movements. somewhere in between you have passive stretching. Maybe you need to be hitting every point on both curves to be strong, fast, explosive & mobile!
